Our Terms of Use, which incorporate this Privacy Policy by reference, govern your use of our online services, any content or information therein, the www.ptstutors.com website, any subdomains of www.ptstutors.com, and any other website pages on which services are provided by us (collectively, the "Site"). Personal Information We Collect

Such data may be gathered when using the Site and includes things like the referring URL and the type of browser you may be using to access the Site. PTSTUTORS employs within its Site an email messaging system for communication between users of the Site. PTSTUTORS will collect and maintain all intra-Site messages sent by student/parent and tutor users. This information will be accessible to senior personnel of PTSTUTORS and will not be shared publicly except as required by law, as reasonably requested by law enforcement, or as needed to enforce this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Financial Information

For ease of use and in order to have an effective experience within our Site, PTSTUTORS utilizes its Site as an interface for transmitting payment of services. Since payments for tutoring sessions are made with a credit card, we will collect your name, credit card number, expiration date, and address information associated with the account. All financial information is collected and used securely.

Personal Security

As part of facilitating the arrangement of tutoring sessions, PTSTUTORS shares a minimum amount of information between tutors and students. PTSTUTORS will not disclose or sell your personally identifiable information without your consent, except as set forth below.
